Neurodiverse Centered Coaching

The number of people being identified as neurodiverse continues to rise each year, in part due to better diagnostic tools, expanded understanding across genders and life stages, and increased public awareness. Current research also shows that neurodivergent individuals are more likely to experience mental health challenges, often because the world isn’t designed with their needs in mind.

At Cortex & Compass Wellness, I’m here to help change that

Why Choose Coaching?

Neurodiversity coaching offers strengths-based support that focuses on daily life and overall well-being—not diagnosis or clinical treatment. It’s designed for neurodivergent individuals, as well as the parents, caregivers, and partners who often carry stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue with few resources tailored to their needs. Coaching helps you understand your (or your loved one’s) unique wiring and develop strategies that truly work in the real world.

Who & How I Serve

  • I offer coaching and guidance for: Adults, teens, and older children who are neurodiverse—including those diagnosed with or exploring autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and other neurodivergent identities.  Parents, caregivers, family members, or partners of neurodivergent individuals who are seeking support for their own well-being.

  • I offer a range of mental health and wellness coaching services designed to meet you where you are. From one-on-one coaching to resources that promote sustainable self-care, my work is grounded in compassion and an understanding of neurodiversity that honors both challenges and strengths.

My Approach

My work is guided by a holistic, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, which means:

  • I honor each person as the expert of their own experience.

  • I focus on supporting goals that feel meaningful and self-directed—not those imposed by societal expectations.

  • I recognize and build upon the unique abilities, insights, and inner resources that every individual brings.

“It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.”
